F.J. Spillman - Chairman of the Board and President

F.J. Spillman has an extensive background in the restaurant business, as he founded his first corporation in 1960, Pizza Inn, Inc., when he was only twenty-two years old. He opened over 700 Pizza Inn restaurants worldwide and Pizza Inn, Inc. was sold in 1987. With a vision to support services to Pizza Inn, F.J. Spillman founded Norco Distribution Center in 1965. In 1976, Mr. Spillman founded Quality Sausage Company to be another support service for Pizza Inn. The company became highly successful and, in 1986, was sold to Cheeseborough-Pond for approximately 25 million dollars. During his tenure with Pizza Inn, F.J. Spillman was presented with a number of awards. In 1975, he was given a Certificate of Appreciation by the National American Pizza Association. Mr. Spillman was elected to the Institute of Food Technologists in June, 1981 and to be a business member of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States in July, 1982. A Certificate of Appreciation was presented to him May 16, 1984 by the Japan Foodservice Association, Inc. The National Association of Pizza Operators presented Mr. Spillman with the Gold Pizza Award in 1985 as the "Chain Operator of the Year". F.J. Spillman was the keynote speaker at Pizza Expo '85 along with such notables as Art Linketter and Dr. Norman Vincent Peale. He was also featured by Coca~Cola in the Nations Restaurant News and has been listed in "Who's Who". Mr. Spillman also conceived, founded and developed several other Restaurant chains.

Summer Spillman - Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer

Summer has seven years of Management experience. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2002. She also has experience in Sales and Customer Service.

Dan Rudder - Sales / Marketing Director

Dan has 20+ years of experience in Upper Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising and Training. He was praised by big corporations he worked for, like Panasonic, where he was awarded the "Achievement Award" multiple times, as well as "Presidential Elite Club" award for 3 years in a row 1999-2001. He has also been a successful entrepreneur. Starting his own company, DPM Office Solutions in Phoenix Arizona. The last position he filled was Sales and Marketing Manager for Computer Services and Web Developing company.

Jim Clute – Director of Franchise Operations

Jim brings 25 years of worldwide experience in restaurant management, operations and training. Jim works closely with all Franchisees, along with our Franchise Consultant Team to make sure you and your staff receives expert support in training and operations. Jim will be working out of our Dallas Headquarters office, and visiting your restaurants to oversee operations standards and to assist all Franchisees with building sales and profits.

Howell Kemp - Business Development

Howell has 35 years professional experience in all facets of the restaurants industry. Howell was Vice-President of Operations for a National Restaurant Chain of over 400 restaurants, Operational Vice-President for a multi concept theme chain, and Owner of multi-unit restaurants. Howell is responsible for overseeing management and development, market research, and restaurant operations.
